How do I send you my recipe?
Simply upload a photo of your recipe after you checkout and our artists will design the proof and send for approval within 24 hours.
When will I receive my artwork??
Printed orders typically ship within 2–4 days after your design is approved. Please keep an eye out for your design preview email which should arrive within 1-3 days for your to review.
Can I request changes after seeing the proof?
Absolutely. Every order includes one complimentary revision to ensure your artwork looks exactly how you imagined.
Is my recipe kept private?
Yes. Your recipe is only used to create your artwork and is never shared, sold, or reused. We treat every family recipe with care and respect.
Can I return or refund my order?
Because each artwork is custom-made using your personal recipe, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
